Rucika Exoplas PVC-O pipe is the result of years of research conducted by PT. Wahana Duta Jaya Rucika to develop biaxially oriented PVC material based on the proven properties of PVC-U pipe.

PVC-O not only offers pipe material with greater strength and toughness compared to PVC-U and Polyethylene (PE), but also improves elasticity and pipe performance. This material makes the pipe stronger and lighter. Rucika EXOPLAS PVC-O was developed specifically for pressurized clean water distribution systems.

PVC-O Technology

Rucika Exoplas is produced through a unique, patented production process that successfully orients the pipe in-line, in both the rotary and axial directions.

This orientation process is based on the concept of molecular stretching to produce a strong wall structure, increasing the mechanical strength and toughness of the material, a direct result of the molecules being able to withstand greater loads.

Available in diameters of 90 mm and up. Available nominal pressures are PN 10 and PN 12.5. Rucika Exoplas is characterized by its white color with dot matrix-printed pipe markings on both sides, and a socket at the end of the pipe.
